Acceptance of These Terms

By using this website or requesting service from NYC Mobile Car Detailing, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

The Services We Provide

We provide mobile car detailing — we come to your vehicle at your home, office, or another agreed location and detail it on-site, including full details, interior detailing, exterior detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, headlight restoration, and fleet detailing.

We perform detailing at locations where we have safe, legal access and adequate room to work around the vehicle. We may be unable to service a vehicle where access, space, weather, or local rules make it unsafe or impractical, and we'll let you know if that's the case.

Pricing and Payment

We provide a clear, flat price before we start work, based on your vehicle and the service you choose. There is no membership or sign-up fee. If the vehicle's condition turns out to be materially different from what was described, we will tell you before doing additional work and confirm any change in price first. Payment is due upon completion of the service, by the payment methods we accept at the vehicle.

Scheduling and Timing

Any appointment window or completion time we mention is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee. Actual timing depends on the vehicle's condition, weather, access, and our schedule, and is outside our full control. We will keep you updated, but we cannot promise an exact time.

Your Responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your location, your vehicle, and the problem.
• Confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorized to request service for it.
• Be reachable, and make sure our detailer can safely access the vehicle with room to work around it.

Right to Decline Service

We may decline or stop service in situations that are unsafe, unlawful, or beyond what we can responsibly handle on location — for example, where there isn't safe access or adequate space, or where conditions would risk the vehicle or our team.

Limitation of Liability

Our detailers perform every job with reasonable care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NYC Mobile Car Detailing is not liable for pre-existing vehicle conditions, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute relating to them or to our services will be handled in the appropriate courts located in New York.
